underwhelming hire, IMO

at least it'll kickstart the offense

improvement on the defense is the glaring need, here. This will be one big heap of fail if he can't find a solid DC to compliment his offense.

can't wait to see what Kline brings under center

Really interesting hire. If that offense could get people to watch Louisiana Tech of all places, it could do some good at Cal. Wonder how it will affect recruiting.

Edit: After watching some highlights of the offense on youtube, all I can really say is: DAT OFFENSE

he had an interview on KNBR this morning, mentioned that his defense this season was really young, but that last season the defense was really good and they won the WAC.
