Another day, another Giants catcher hitting a walkoff HR.
Did they mention the last time the Giants had walkoff HR in back to back games?

I stayed up until 1 am last night watching that awesomeness! Loved his reaction, he knew it was gone as soon as he hit it...nice little bat flip. Two walk off HRs in two days against the dodgers! f**k YEAH!
Cain tonight at 5pm on ESPN. Go G'S!

If you're in shock, then just think how the Dodgers must feel.

it makes me sick to my stomach that espn is advertising tonight's game with matt kemp and not ONE mention of the giants.
this is why espn fails.

Thats right, i remember that. I wonder when the last time 2 catchers hit walkoffs back to back? Its got to be rare.
My favorite series from that 2003 season was the sweep of ATL at home. Barry Bonds hits the walkoff splash hit, then in game 2 Edgardo Alfonzo shoots one up the middle for a walkoff hit, then in game 3 Bonds hits another walkoff HR. It was insane. I still remember Krukow saying "whos writing this script!?"

I was at one of those games if it's the series I'm thinking of. The game I was at was Barry Bonds first game after his Dad died. Was in the lower level, first base side. s**t was cray.

Game 1 walkoff was off Ray King, game 3 was off Trey Hodges. I cant believe that was 10 years ago...
I remember the 03 season really well. I was able to watch 158 of 162 games, and we went wire to wire. Good times.

Yep just looked it up. It was game 1 of that Braves series. It was my birthday, that's why I was at the game.

Actually.. wait.. I just looked up Bobby Bonds date of death and it says Aug 23. Is my memory wrong on this? I swear I thought I was at that Braves game. But I guess his first game back was against Arizona..
