Lebron is 26...and has 0 titles. Jordan had 0 titles when he was 26.
Even though I don't rate Lebron better than Jordan, and I don't compare Lebron to Jordan...because they are different players. Lebron is more Magic like, than Jordan like...but let's put Pippen's comments in perspective. He said,
"Michael Jordan is probably the greatest scorer to ever play in the game. But I may go as far to say Lebron James may be the the greatest player to ever play the game"
"may be"
Jordan totaled 2,514 steals, 893 blocks and 6,672 rebounds by his retirement. LeBron James on the other hand has 1,221 steals, 622 blocks and 5,182 rebounds already. - BleacherReport
As for the Championship argument...it helps if you have a good team around you. When Jordan retired after wining 3 titles, his team still was one of the best in the league. When Lebron left Cleveland, his team was competing for the worst record in the league.
...and again, Pippen said "may be" - and I don't think anyone questions that Lebron is a better passer or a rebounder or shot-blocker.
