The Heat in 5 or 6. They are playing much better than the regular season. I wouldn't read too much into the regular season matchups with the Heat and Bulls. The smaller, faster lineup seems to be something they have figured out. And they are playing great defense with it.

EASTERN CONFERENCE FINALS
Chicago vs. Miami
Game 1 - Sun May 15, Miami at Chicago, 8:00 p.m. ET, TNT/R
Game 2 - Wed May 18, Miami at Chicago, 8:30 p.m. ET, TNT/R
Game 3 - Sun May 22, Chicago at Miami, 8:30 p.m. ET, TNT/R
Game 4 - Tue May 24, Chicago at Miami, 8:30 p.m. ET, TNT/R
Game 5 * Thu May 26, Miami at Chicago, 8:30 p.m. ET, TNT/R
Game 6 * Sat May 28, Chicago at Miami, 8:30 p.m. ET, TNT/R
Game 7 * Mon May 30, Miami at Chicago, 8:30 p.m. ET, TNT/R

As for the game it's one thing to preach defense, its another to be a genius defensive mind. Spo preaches defense, but Thibs is simply a defensive genius and that will be the key to this series.

Yeah Atlanta is not competition. The Celtics have been the dominant Eastern Conference team for years. So it tells how the Heat are playing now. Forget the year. It took some time to come together and figure out the small ball lineup that plays the best defense. But they got it now.

Heat in 6. I think Heat will match-up really really well with the Bulls. Heat have ppl who may be able to slow down Rose, and more importantly - they have the defense to stop everyone else.
Bosh needs to man up against Boozer.

Except that Miami played an old, injured Boston Celtics team that stumbled into the playoffs. And in the first round they played the Sixers. Not saying the Bulls played better competition, but Atlanta is a very talented team that lacks the mental toughness to succeed.
Following the Bulls all year (thank you League Pass), I was not surprised by the Bulls struggles in the first round and somewhat this last one. They have always played down to their competition, and they will no doubt rise for this one. Expect this series to be a defensive showcase for both teams. Who knows, maybe the Bulls can pull off the upset and make the Heat cry......AGAIN!! Go Bulls!!

I never cared about the LeBron thing, but all the hate he has gotten has made me want him to win, just to piss everyone off. Especially Kobelovers who will look for anything possible to make LBJ look bad so they can prop up their boy. Unless OKC makes the finals, then all bets are off.
