There has been no question at all that durant was not only the franchise player for the thunder but also one of the best in the NBS howeer westbrook has outshined durant a lot this season if this continues do u see a "change" in who is the franchise player?
Do u guys think if westbrook play continues and durant plays like he is right now can u see a shift in the franchise player
keep in mind a PG is much more important possession than a SF

Can't remember who said it, but they said Westbrook is the leader of the team, but Durant is the best player. So long as Durant continues to put up the points, it's doubtful that opinion will change.

Every good team has a strong nucleus of players. Both Westbrook and Durant are a part of that in OKC. Durant being the scorer will always receive more praise, and he was a higher pick for OKC.
That doesnt mean that Westbrook isnt a great floor general as the PG. Its like Rondo really came into his own running the C's n the playoffs, but he will always be the 3rd or 4th talked about player on the team.
