He resigned in Phoenix and then came to the Bay Area. I guess he wanted to be where the party was, if you know what I mean

what is the amnesty clause?
Basically it's a one time opportunity to release a bad contract and it won't count against the cap.

There is no debate. Biedrins is gone.
2 terrible contracts but I agree with you. Biedrins deal is worse.

Let's not forget the hair gel while we're at it to seal the deal.

Lacob hasn't proven he can transform this team into a winner yet, but he has proven that he can assemble one hell of a front office.
Our front office is legit.
Hopefully no more stupid mistakes that set back our franchise another half decade.

Curry on his relationship with Monta and how the team feels:
LOL @ not mentioning Biedrins as a core guy
"I think he's happy where he's at. We want him on our squad. He brings so much to the table from a leadership standpoint. He's had some things going on with the front office with the Warriors, but all that's cleared up now. "From talking to him over the summer as well as David Lee and Dorell Wright, our core guys, we're all on the same page in terms of what we have to do to get better. And Monta is a part of that. But we definitely need to get bigger on our front line."
