Jordan. He's the greatest of all time, AND he's a damn good leader.
Shaq is a great center, but he couldn't win without a superstar, and can't carry his team.

True, but neither could Jordan. He never made it out of the 1st Round without Pippen, and Pippen led the same team to 55 wins when MJ was replaced with Pete Myers. Pippen was a Top 50 player of all-time, and IMO is in the Top 25-30.
Olajuwon in 1994 was the only player in my lifetime to win a title without another superstar on his team.
