He's a idoit and he deserves to be suspended. Plus he made fun of the situation after including the photo in this thread where he is imitating pistols.

Meh. I don't think he got in trouble because of that.
He got in trouble because he legitimately did not think that bringing guns to work was a bad idea.
He might be immature, and a somewhat flawed basketball player, but Gilbert Arenas is a good person.

Some athletes are not smarter than a fifth grader.

My cousin in LA lost his job when they found a gun in his locker at work. Arenas gets what... A slap on the wrist? A good example of double standards for athletes.

For the money this guy makes, he should no better. And then to go mock the situation in front of the NBA shows how little he cares.
What Delonte did was on his own time. Tough to cage these guys up. Arenas actually brought the gun into the arena.

He brought this on himself.
I like the guy so I hope his punishment is not too severe, but even if it is, it's his own fault.

Whatever anyone's opinion is, to the league, this is a huge deal. And to Arenas, apparently it's a funny joke.
Sorry, that's just dumb.
Everybody is entitled to his/her opinion - I fail to see anything funny about shooting anyone.

Doesn't he have to get convicted first? I'd bet that he pleas down to a misdemeanor.
