LOL at the logic going on here. Your head to head record in the regular season doesn't matter a whole lot because you also play 28 other teams.

Not true. Everyone knows the Bobcats are far superior to every other team because they had a winning record against the Lakers in the regular season.

I sometimes wish I could hear these arguments spoken aloud...from afar, obviously.

I honestly don't think it will matter much if Phil coaches or not. Kobe, Artest, Paul, and Bynum (seriously, Lakers shouldn't be allowed to resign Odom, it ain't fair) will strike fear in the opposition. I hate to say it, but Lakers are gonna be one hell of a team for next 2-3 years. Honestly, I don't see a team in the West that can beat them in a 7 game series. Spurs are good, but they really need a player next to Duncan.

What about their personalities though?

A lot of lakers fans were saying that artest wasnt a bad signing cause Phil could keep him under control.

Kobe = diva, great player though

Artest = Headcase

Pau = Emo

with phil gone, i pretty sure something would happen
