The United Football League (UFL) is coming! Scheduled to kick-off in October 2009, the UFL will showcase world-class players and the stars of tomorrow.
Please check back frequently for more information on kick-off dates, team information & schedule.
Here's a look at some important upcoming UFL dates:
June 11, 2009 - Check Presentation to Clark County School District (Las Vegas)
June 13, 2009 - Invitation-only Player workouts in Las Vegas
June 16, 2009 - Casa Grande Ground-breaking
July 2009 - Player signings
Mid-July - Team names announced and uniforms unveiled
September 1, 2009 – Training Camp Begins in Casa Grande, Arizona and Vero Beach, Florida
Early September - Team logos revealed
October 2009 – UFL "Premiere" Season Begins
November 19, 2009 – UFL "Premiere" Regular Season Concludes
Thanksgiving Weekend 2009 – Championship Game in Las Vegas

What do u expect with ONLY 4 teams? Unless they use a series format (like NBA/MLB...lol) there is not much of an option. The league if successful should get bigger every year with more teams added.

I reckon Vick goes in the UFL first to let the dog stuff settle. If he performs, he could go back to the NFL.

I am curious to see the uniforms and team names.
I am going to root for the New York team considering I live here, grew up here and hate all the other sport teams here.

I heard the games are going to be during the nfl months but that they will be played on Thursday nights.

And yeah, Harrell supposedly went to the invitation-only work out in Las Vegas this weekend.
