The incompetence of the Warriors organization is very predictable.

Warriors Reject Orlando's Offer For Watson
Aug 18, 2009 4:30 PM EST
The Magic tried to get guard C.J. Watson in a sign-and-trade from the Warriors, but Golden State turned down an offer.
Orlando offered a package that included veteran point guard Anthony Johnson, a future first-round pick and cash, multiple sources told RealGM's Alex Kennedy.
Golden State general manager Larry Riley told the Oakland Tribune on Monday that the club had received "many offers" for Watson, a restricted free agent.
The Magic made the offer over the weekend, and the Warriors officially declined it on Monday.

Sad part is, we could have traded CJ for a #1, sold that pick to Portland for 3 million and Cohan would have gotten a net gain of over a million vs. keeping CJ Watson. Great move Riley/Cohan/Nellie. Just f**king great.

This team is unf**king believeable.
We turned down a first round pick for CJ Watson.
We traded Marco Belinelli for no picks and Devean George.
Nothing this team does is logical at all.
It's just utterly mind-boggling.

We have no concept of accumulating "value" and amassing "assets" in order to eventually improve.
Yes, the Magic pick would be a late first rounder. However, a late first rounder was used by the Lakers to acquire Pau Gasol.
If Cohan is worried about having to pay a late first rounder, he can always take a page out of Sarver's playbook and turn it to cash on draft day.
There is absolutely no conceivable explanation as to why the Warriors would turn down a first round pick for a third string point guard who won't get much, if any playing time, if he stays here next year.

Golden State Warriors= Favorite 2nd favorite team
I actually think they've become that for me in the last year or so as well, after Orlando fans lost their damn minds.
