Little Maidana is a damn sledgehammer though. I'd like to see both fights in a rematch again. Those were fight of the year candidates.More action than any ppv I've seen this year.

"I want to thank all of my fans for their support in the wake of my eye injury this past weekend. I have undergone various medical examinations which I am glad to report revealed no broken bones. California State Athletic Commission physician Dr. Pearlman Hicks has informed me that I only suffered a contusion and my eye specialist thankfully sees no permanent injury to my eye.

I want to thank all of you for the love and support you have given me the past few days. I would also like to congratulate Erislandy Lara on a great fight. I'm sad that I disappointed all my fans by not giving them an "El Perro" victory as I truly believe I was on the verge of knocking Lara down for the third time and winning the fight. The sharp pain of his thumb in my eye caused me to turn my back out of reflex and I could not see out of my left eye. I accept the decision made by the referee to stop the fight and look forward to getting back in the ring in the future. I will be back to give you a better show in my next fight."

JMM will have trouble with Bradley's movement. It will be interesting to see what they have left. Marquez went thru a lot of punishment against Manny. Bradley was out on his feet a couple of times against Provodnikov. I think it will be close. But I give a slight edge to Marquez. Marquez by a close unanimous decision.

i don't think he'll have trouble with the movement. JMM adjusted well against Manny's unorthodox movement. Bradley doesn't impress me.

Manny came right at Marquez the whole fight.

What Bradley does is move a lot and punch off his pivots. Marquez always had trouble with guys that move. Especially guys with speed.

If JMM can't beat Midget Bradley, he needs to retire from life.

Whats the deal with Broner's fight next Sat? Is Paulie decent? Will this be a good fight you guys think?

It all depends on how well Broner handles the weight. Paulie is a serviceable welterweight. Nothing special. It is a safe test for Broner at 147 Lbs.

Broner looks bigger than Paulie on TV. I think Broner should handle the weight well. Its crazy how Broner has convinced a lot of the public that he is the "real deal," but we don't know that for sure. I'm looking forward to seeing how he does in this new weight class.

Could he fight a guy like Amir Khan if he wins?

Amir Khan seems to be the odd man out at 147 Lbs. He would be even more susceptible to getting KO'd at the heavier weight class. It all depends on how Broner looks and if Broner stays at 147Lbs.
