I have us at $43,185,516 in cap space right now after Cooper's deal.

So basically after the draft, and all cuts leading to the 53 then forming a PS, a little over 30 million will be rolled over..
Mark Nzeocha's 1yr deal, $705K base, $30k sb, $40K per game RB($2,500 per game), $25K workout bonus, $450K NLTBE, $785K cap number.

$43,105,516 cap space left.

Can we afford obj and a big extension? Would we be losing other players when they need to be paid ?

We could afford Odell, depending on the actual price tag, right now Mike Evans got the biggest WR deal, 5yr $82.5M, $16.5M Average, $38.258M Fully GTD, this new regime has shown they are willing to give out deals that Baalke wouldn't, meaning fully GTD money, look at Garoppolo vs Kap, $48M vs $13M fully GTD, so yes, we can, and we can still keep Tartt, Brown, and anyone else.
I think this question was lost in the Reuben Foster thread but did they take back his $8 million signing bonus when he was arrested for pot?

Can the 49ers revoke the 5th year option (2019) for Armstead after the 2018 season is completed? If so, what are the conditions (deadline/injury/etc)?

Currently it's guaranteed for injury only and it becomes fully guaranteed at the start of the 2019 league year. So I believe it he's cut anytime after the 2018 season and before the start of the 2019 league year(barring no injury) then there would be no dead money against our cap.

Not that I'm aware of. It may have voided his base salary guarantees, but the NFLPA would fight that if he were to be cut

GTD for injury now, fully on the first day of the new league year, which is beginning of FA, if he's hurt and can't pass a physical, it's GTD for the season.

If we're talking cap number standpoint than yeah he's 2nd in 2019, but he's not the 2nd highest on the team, APY wise.

It goes like this, not sure where to put Armstead, since it's an option year. But he's be 5th highest.

Garoppolo- $27.5M
Richburg- $9.5M
Garcon- $9.5M
Sherman- $9.05M
Staley- $8.75M
McKinnon- $7.5M
Thomas- $7,038,596

Tartt- $6.5M
Goodwin- $6,283,333
Smith- $5.3M
Juszcyzk- $5.2M
Cooper- $4.95M
McGlinchey- $4,585,469

Buckner- $4,547,748

Mitchell- $4M
Gilliam- $3.875M
Marsh- $3.85M
Beadles- $3.25M
Attaochu- $3M
K.Williams- $2.95M
Coyle- $2.8M
Celek- $2.5M
Armstead(pre 5th yr)- $2,460,657

Garnett- $2,326,078

Foster- $2,258,892

Tomlinson- $2,137,562

Gould- $2M
Robinson- $2M

So basically, we have until March 14th, 2019 @ 4PM EST to cut Armstead at which, that $9M becomes fully guaranteed. Also, if injured, it becomes guaranteed.

Paraag doesn't pay anyone over $10M here (i.e. Trenton Brown). We'll always be in good cap shape.
Update, following the release of Zane Beadles, the signing of Mike Person, and all draft picks and UDFAs accounted for, we're $42,401,849 under the teams adjusted cap for 2018 as of May 14th 2018.

Mike Person's deal is a 1yr/$915K deal, counts $630K as a veteran minimum salary benefit deal(MSB)
AB, this can be rolled over next year to re-up some guys? I have to believe Robinson will be a cut that will pad this number.

Yes we can and will carryover whatever is leftover for 2018 into 2019. Same for Robinson, he's likely cut.
