So basically after the draft, and all cuts leading to the 53 then forming a PS, a little over 30 million will be rolled over..

Can we afford obj and a big extension? Would we be losing other players when they need to be paid ?

Can the 49ers revoke the 5th year option (2019) for Armstead after the 2018 season is completed? If so, what are the conditions (deadline/injury/etc)?

I think this question was lost in the Reuben Foster thread but did they take back his $8 million signing bonus when he was arrested for pot?

Do t know why but armstead took allot of the 2019 cap. I know why but don't know why they did it. Supposedly now the 2nd most expensive player

Currently it's guaranteed for injury only and it becomes fully guaranteed at the start of the 2019 league year. So I believe it he's cut anytime after the 2018 season and before the start of the 2019 league year(barring no injury) then there would be no dead money against our cap.

If we're talking cap number standpoint than yeah he's 2nd in 2019, but he's not the 2nd highest on the team, APY wise.
It goes like this, not sure where to put Armstead, since it's an option year. But he's be 5th highest.

AB, this can be rolled over next year to re-up some guys? I have to believe Robinson will be a cut that will pad this number.
