You can say that but if injuries continue, the calls will only grow louder. Also the 49ers current practice facility sucks compared to the newer ones that are opening up around the league. Even if they wanted to upgrade where they are at currently, they don't have the space.

The state-of-the-art, 125,000-square-foot sports performance center completed in 2023 is maintained by the Jaguars and owned by the City of Jacksonville.

It includes locker rooms, training and recovery areas, medical support facilities, a weight room, player dining, office space and a draft room. It also features 2,090 shaded grandstand seats in the covered fan amenity area, complete with concessions, restrooms, public art and the Miller Electric Center Pro Shop.

Unfortunately, making the playoffs last year with all of the injuries we had probably further convinced the Yorks they can be cheap when it comes to player health and safety. They'll never address this problem. Let's not forget that this is the same family that restricted access to bottled water and charged coaches for the cost of the football for gameballs they received after games.

Science aside, it just doesn't make sense to have a football team practice right next to a damn power plant. Generally, city planners don't put parks and recreation areas right next to substations and power plants because its gives off a terrible vibe. So why would you want your billion dollar football team practicing right next to powerlines and generators and s**t? And then apparently they cut down the trees so now it's even more visible? Lmao wtf?

I've given York a lot more leeway than a lot of fans, but literally everything he's decided with respect to the stadium/practice facility has been dead wrong.

Yeah it's just outside Nakatomi Plaza, but I think you need the feds to get it done...

If they move the practice facility, they will still be playing games next to the substation.

They don't, actually.

If they really are worried abvout EMF then they should ban the players from using cell phones. That's been an off and on issue for years with nnothing proven one way or another. Many thyings emit EMF in this day and age.
