I see Head Coach getting the most votes so far.. but na man.
Kyle is an offensive genius... yet that has been our biggest issue in our most important games/losses. Had a bunch of weapons and STILL couldn't get a few 1st downs and pts to get us seperation to win comfortably... then eventually couldn't get a few 1st downs to put a game away, when the opposing team crawled its way back.
So although it was great with what he pulled off last year, I do feel alot of that has to do with the personnel like Mac Jones... Kyle was right to bring him in, and even more so to sign him to a 2 year deal...Mac saved our season last year.
but as far as in game decision making? Over coming pressure? In those big games? No, I don't feel Head Coach is our biggest strength when it comes to that. I feel our player leadership has been the key. But that is also a credit to Kyle & John for bring them in..so not trying to down play that aspect.

So do you think with the rosters we've had that Tomsula, Kelly, Harbaugh or any other coaches would have won the SB? I don't. I still feel like had CMC not fumbled in that last o e we'd have won it walking away.

You can argue about his personnel decisions but there's no question Kyle Shanahan is the best asset overall for the 49ers as their HC.
Nobody in their right mind has him outside of the top 5 and considering how much impact a HC has on team success he is the easy decision here IMO.

Don't say that no one has him outside the top 5, cause we all know 9moon thinks he's horrible and PJ Fleck would be better, plus I'm sure others have him outside the top 5, but I don't get the hate.

The WiFi does reach the corner of the restrooms in the upper rows.
