I didn't figure the 2 extra spots created by releasing Waitman and Weeks. I will remember from now on. Keeping the extra TE, mildly surprising. Keeping 7 LBs makes sense had I thought of releasing the ST guys.

Ferris Bueller you're my "Hero"!!!! You're both right, he will obviously get better, but he looked like absolute garbage considering all the physical traits he has and quickness. Hopefully he will learn from Trent Williams.

Gifford(special teams only ). Wallow is redundant. Rather have another DL.

Winters a Cowboy now. Wouldn't be a bad idea to call around & see what they could get for a Bethune or Martin. Duggar & whoever doesn't get traded, along with Worth is our future at LB.

Hardly redundant. Wallow is a better LB than both Gifford and Bethune. He can back-up all three positions and is better in coverage than both of them. I suspect they kept Gifford around for his special teams play.

I do think Rourke would have made it back to our practice squad. Not like there is much film on him. But when Kyle falls in love.. he loves HARD!

Edit- wait a sec... has he only played one preseason game with us? Nothing last year? When did he get injured? I can't pull up anything on Google/Espn/NFL.

Kyle must have loved what he saw in practice/OTAs. Oh God this sounds familiar.

No guarantee, we just saw Quinn Ewers and Kyle McCord traded so I could have seen Rourke being claimed and it's just not worth risking him when he's signed through 2028 and is a RFA after 2028
