A 2nd rounder is too rich for me IMO but I'd love to be proven wrong...

I'd do a 3rd and a 2027 4th and call it a day.

You don't think he will choke in the playoffs? Didn't we literally just watch this movie last year - Dominant team with great defense and offensive weapons led by Darnold who ultimately folds under the spotlight.

Could he prove everyone wrong? Sure, but he is a liability until proven otherwise.

Ohh he might be a choker. But still him with that team is going to win a lost of regular season games for seasons to come. Got to compete with that in the division. We have the better team if healthy but we are old and always injured. I would have rather have that roster then ours right now.

Meaning you'd rather have their starting lineup than our backups? Sure. But if both teams are completely healthy, nah.
