So not only the whole game but the whole CBS preview show, with interviews and features.

Little things you might have missed if you didn't stand close to your 4:3 TubeTV...or heck even if you did lol.

Starting at our intros at 2:03:45 of the video...

Roger Craig & Tom Rathman snuck in/replaced their front 49ers decal on their helmets, with "Huskers" (their college team). Todays' NFL Uniform police would have lost their minds.

Harris Barton must've been superstitious as s**t, because his helmet is jacked up... decal upside down breaking apart... While almost everyone else had a fresh clean helmet. BUT IT WORKED! so thank you Harris.

LG Bruce Collie not only had a blacked out visor..but he also had a mini viser for his 49ers decal lol. (Unless that's just how it's designed).

I'm sure there is other stuff... but I don't have time to watch all 5hrs of it. But it's nice to see moments like this again in a clear format.

35 years goes by pretty quick these days.
If you told me that night the 49ers will win only 1 SB over next 35 years I would have checked you into a loony bin.
Gonna watch this to cheer myself up.

That's not actually bad by league wide averages across the NFL. Some teams never win or have just 1 Super Bowl win.
$125 for a Superbowl ticket. Smh lol.

Craig jumping around after the game, "3 peat! 3 peat!". When we know the doom that is to come lol. He still needs to be in the HOF though. Will they ever do it?

Thanks for sharing, this is one of my faves, Elway sucks azz bad lol (overrated qb). When I saw this game when it aired, I was laughing so hard at Elway, man he royally sucked in this one. I mean it was like he wasn't on the same planet. And it was glorious.

Great times, hope we can get another one before long.

$308.87 inflation adjusted to now in 2024. So we say $309.00. Probably the cheapest tickets available. Still it's much more now. 2025 Super Bowl is listed for $5,400 - $9,000. They went up a lot even relative to inflation. Those aren't including club and box seats. Or resale market where they really go up. Obviously if you buy now you have no idea who will be in the game. Thus the disadvantage. Buy later and you know but the resale market will bump those prices even higher. It's all just corporate tickets now and very rich people. Middle class are priced out of that game.

Entertainment prices, especially for sports have blown up way more than the inflation rate. I wonder if it has anything to do with the money players, owners and networks are making. In the end the fans always pay one way or another.
I can't get over Dan Reeves coaching with a 3 piece suit on
I've posted before about having this Glass Mug as a kid.. and staring at the history of Super Bowl scores, while slowly drinking Pepsi.

Like a Time Machine. Thank you
