I figure he'll work hard / train harder to get where many of us and himself envisioned If he isn't traded I'll be rooting for him

Oh, God, I hope that's not another BA-type butthurt player. It sounds like he's upset that he was getting coached hard by Shanny.

Someone said this was about the US hockey W.
While I'm not sold on Green long term, he's cost controlled and his numbers aren't as bad as everyone is thinking. His pass coverage numbers aren't that different from Tariq Woolen in SEA and, of course I know Woolen is worth more, but for what you'd have to pay to get I don't think it's worth it. We need competition, sure, but he still fits as a roster player even if his job is no longer secure (which it shouldn't be). Raheem Morris is going to play more man coverage and that's actually something Green isn't bad at. Rennardo's problem has been that he doesn't have the aptitude to play zone efficiently.

The Falcons played zone on about 75% of snaps.

Not good when the HC/OC needs to chew you out in the middle of a playoff game, especially a blowout. I'm betting the team is not completely sold on him long term.

Green + 4th round pick for Brian Thomas Jr.. Make it happen.

I can totally see them thinking that Luter is a suitable starter in the league.

There's some decent CB's in free agency and the draft.

I remember them being high on Luter since he was drafted. All I can remember is meh play, injuries, and the ball bouncing off his leg in the Super Bowl.

Can't wait for draft to be over and start camp... 49ers' Jakob Robinson (if he doesn't get injured again) will be interesting

This guy isn't very good. Not saying he's complete junk ( like Luter) but he wouldn't be a big loss

Then this coaching staff and front office need to be on the hot seat. There is not a damn thing Luter has shown that he can be a starter in this league, dude came in for Green a couple plays and instantly got embarrassed. Dude sucks ass

we then literally wont have anyone who could play outside corner aside from Lenoir who is more of an nickel himself.

tbh losing Ward was a huge deal just like I thought. That guy had an all-pro type of year in 2023. Outside corner is a premier position and tough to just plug a guy in and he is good right away.

my concern with Green is that hes really more suited for man coverage than zone coverage. and this team plays zone a ton

Luter is one our worse players
