Smart move by him. Reunites with Wilks, gets to play for a better team, and he has a legit chance to start. Seems like a no-brainer. Can probably leave after a season for more money if he gets some good film out there.

I get it but all great teams are built on a just a couple superstars these days…. 2/3 of a team are replaceable role players.

I love these one year contracts for players like
this. They end up ballin out and then leave for a bigger payday, then we sign another similar player for a year and rinse and repeat. It's a great system actually with very min risk
