Drake Jackson IMO will be the "X-Factor" on our D-Line and if he starts developing into what he can be, that could be the difference in us having a Tremendous defensive line instead of a really good one....

Looks like he's being given the keys. Hopefully he plays more like the early part of the season as opposed to the latter…

Dude had 8 passes defensed in his limited playing time. Pretty amazing, and will be a huge benefit if he can continue similar production while boosting sacks and pressures.

I remember he was sooooo close to getting sacks early on. I think in my head I had him at 3 or 4 sacks by the 4th game, only find officially he had like one or two.
So he did not have the "sacks" but the dude was sooo close... the important thing was he was part of the early season pass rush mayhem.

We all know Drake has the ability to be a good pass rusher. He just has to earn those reps with his play on first and second down. His availability will be key in 2024.

Yup. If he shows up next year, this can be a very special DL.

Hope he's been working out with the Bosa boys this off season. Need to also get Nick's diet and take care of his body. He will be getting an increased in playing time.

A DC who will blitz and keep the offense guessing, proven DTs that will almost always eat a double team between them, and an absolute stud DE on the other side...that teams have to game plan for. Some one has to be single blocked and Drake mostly likely will see the least double team blocks week in and week out.
At least for us fans...we will know exactly what he is, there should not be much grey left in our opinion given the circumstances.

I'm going with 10 batted passes and 8 1/2 sacks.

Steve Wilks says that 49ers DE Drake Jackson has added a significant amount of muscle this offseason — the 49ers very openly challenged him to do this to hold up better vs run over long seasons
