Hysterikal, I've only seen this thread littered with sly remarks and small jabs from you, but you're someone who's opinion I value and respect with regard to the DB position. Aside from him being slow and not very athletic, what you think about him as a prospect? End of day I do kind of agree with what Hero and NY been saying and I'm not sure what position would be best for him in the pros, you think a move to LB would suite him best?
I don't hate him and I think he's a decent football player. He's a Linebacker stuck in a safeties body. I think he can play passing down at linebacker where he's covering RB/TEs or covering hook/curl/flats or blitzing which I really like him rushing. I hate how often he leaves his feet while rushing but that's easy to coach. End of the day I think he's gonna be a special teamer but after a few years maybe become a Ray Ray Armstrong type linebacker that if he's unblocked he looks great but as soon as a hog is on him it's over. I in no way see him as a starting safety though which is not a knock on him as a prospect it's about how he will compete in the pros with his physical limitations.
Thanks
