He will be an outstanding slot CB. K'waun will look for big money next season and this kid will be groomed to take that role. He could start some games considering Williams is not the most durable.

I don't know much about the kid but with the top 5-10 CB's gone I think you pick based on measurables and coachability and my guess is Thomas ticks both of those. He isn't expected to play much in 2021 and hopefully sees limited time based on Verrett and Moseley being healthy. Excellent tackler which is key for this defense and once he gets the defense down with our pass rush I think he can play in 2022 and beyond
