Sermon had a somewhat jittery start for the first day including fumbling. Maybe it was because on the very first carry from scrimmage of this year's camp, RAHEEM MOSTERT blazed his way through the first string defense for a 75-yard TD. Reality set in.

2nd string offensive line vs their starters. People wanted Mostert cut several years back because he had a below average preseason with no blocking. Give him some time.

I liked the push he got in several of the early drives but he doesn't really have that burst Mostert has to really make a defense pay. Hopefully we'll see him more with the first team o-line and get a better read at his abilities. That pass block he had in the third was nice though.

Yep no way you can judge him off this game, line play was terrible today.

too early to tell with him, but I don't really think Mostert's starting role was ever in question anyway. Kinda wonder why Mitchell wasn't out there today.

Mostert is like 4.3. This guy is like 4.7. A bulldozer, hard runner in the short yardage. Completely different runners with different skill sets.
