Obviously you have a lack of reading comprehensions. This is about the lack of respect the 49ers have gotten. They are acting like the Packers didn't get blown out last time. And the video I posted is just AN EXAMPLE.

I think the plan is to hype up the underdog (packers) and they passively are biased towards the obvious favorite (49ers). It is just not great propaganda to restate that the niners are great.
