whoa.. it got serious. GGG hit the right buttons lol

How dare GGG question an expert football person saying draft a kicker in the 1st round cause kicker is 2nd most important position. Like f**k me that's what we've been getting wrong all this time.
I am all for resigning him, but expect us to draft an athletic LB in the middle to late rounds regardless.

You mean Saleh. If you're a young LBer you should be praying you get to be coached by Saleh. His track record speaks for itself

yes and from a coaching perspective, i may attribute some of that to ryans, who was a NFL LB.

Hai guyz, maybe Greenlaw won't get injured this time!

I mean, doesn't doing the same thing over and over again lead to different results eventually, hurrrrr durrrrr?!

This entire forum should be lined up and shot for its retardation.

We definitely need to see a quality LB pick from this years draft. It's time to start a youth movement in the LB core.

We did...it hasn't worked lol. Unless you mean a 3rd - 5th on a linebacker. In that case, I'm all in.

On KNBR the other night Barrows said he's heard that Greenlaw wants to go somewhere where he can be the #1 guy, and you can't blame him for that, at this point in his career. He said he thinks Peters will make a big play for him. The best shot we have at retaining him will be a 1 year deal if he has no opportunity to be the guy for another team. I hope we get him back, but I'm thinking that linebacker becomes a big priority in the draft early rounds now.

The caveat of going somewhere else was that he was also getting #1 level money. This is just about money - as it should be.

That's nice I'm glad his self confidence/belief is so high but his recent injury problems don't make him "the guy." He's more likely getting offered a 1 yr prove-it deal.

I'm not surprised Dre wants to go somewhere he's the #1 guy aka the highest-paid LB on the team.

Peters will definitely go hard after Bobby Wagner's god awful performance in the NFCC stuck in his mind.
