Gonna have to agree. There's no way they can look at what Mullens did and think Beathard can do better. In fact, he has already proven he can't.
I don't think we need 3 QBs and if we only go with 2 it has to be Mullens. Is Beathard practice squad eligible? If so, I probably wouldn't even keep him around anyway.

I believe Reed is better than James but he fumbled and got benched for it. James got a kick return touchdown against the Seahawks but I think Reed is more explosive and natural return guy.
Even if James is better I think it's close enough that James could be cut or put on the PS. I also just really believe in Trent Taylor still and hope he can bounce back.
