Yep, people who didn't like Bosa are the ones complaining about his hammys. I haven't seen any MRI related scans on Bosa and so that's fake news.

I'm pretty sure Nick Bosa is going to be ok. His brother probably told him about the stretching exercises because of the fact that his older brother had hamstring issues also as a rookie. I think he just has to go back to those stretching exercises in addition to his regular football conditioning. I have a feeling he's not been doing it regularly because of all the stuff he has to learn as a rookie.

Ohio State All-American candidate and potential No. 1 pick Nick Bosa says incorporating a strenuous stretching routine taken from his brother Joey Bosa's training regiment with the Los Angeles Chargers has improved flexibility and production as an off-the-edge monster for the Buckeyes.
Bosa's new routine has helped avoid injury and made him more explosive snap to snap, he says.

He probably thinks stretching is for little girls. Hopefully his lesson will teach him that stretching only makes you a little bit less of a man.

So his injury wasn't bad he just wanted to stand on the sidelines while the rest of the team worked. Sounds like his last year in college. Probably just saving himself for the playoffs. Why risk it.

Username checks out

Hahaha that take makes more sense

I was thinking of changing it to Yuck Fou!!
The sky still falling in here???

It takes time and that's time most rookies don't really have in learning all they can about the team, defensive schemes and whatnot. The guy has to find a house to live in, a way to get from the facility to his home, where to do laundry *and* also learn the playbook, and OTA's and so on.... So yeah, it takes time and him not having to be in the football grind because of his core injury probably contributed to getting a bit lazy in stretching.

You guys are so quick to jump on a player to show your pre-draft thoughts were right that you can't even think straight.

That's my whole argument it's quite annoying.

Yep, my biggest issue as well

There was no team practice today so at least he couldn't pull his hammy doing nothing. That good enough news?

Yeah, that's good enough. Still waiting for the MRI to come back, though.

No one has said they're not good players. They just can't stay healthy. We can only hope that passing on QW and Josh Allen was worth getting 10-12 games a year of Bosa.

Demarcus Lawrence hasn't been an iron man (shoulder issues), Von Miller tore his ACL, Mack has dealt with hamstring/ankle issues, clowney had micro fracture surgery, Chandler Jones has had hip surgery, jj watt has had tons of injuries, Demarcus Ware had neck/back/broken arm injuries, Melvin Ingram tore his ACL etc...good thing we missed out on all those guys and their injuries

And assuming QW/Allen will be the next Cal Ripken Jr and never get injured is downright foolish.

You NAILED it NY!

lol l, for your guys sake then, I hope Bosa returns unscathed and becomes a monster that doesn't hurt even a finger nail, or it's going to be a long, long season for you,

All of those guys you have mentioned have missed a smaller percentage of games in their career than the Bosas. The audacity to equate Mack's injury history, a guy who has missed 2 games in 5 seasons, to the habitually injured Bosas is astounding. If you combine the pro careers of everyone in the Bosa family, they've only managed to have one season where they were healthy enough to play every game.

No one is saying he's gonna be Ripken and never get hurt...he's gonna get hurt, but so is every damn football player and there's nothing to avoid that.

I imagine you would have been dead set against TJ watt a couple yrs ago coming off multiple ACL injuries? Injury prone written all over him....dudes played every game since coming to the NFL.
My man Kittle pulled up the whole's family playing history. Man this place is great when you been having a s**tty day.
