The front office. We consistently lose with a small interruption of Jim Harbaugh for a few years. That's on the ownership and the Yorks. I'm not sure you can win with them. Look at their record minus Harbaugh sometime. Both before and after. It's horrific. We are like the Cleveland Browns (although they are better this year). The example simply comes to mind of a consistently losing front office and ownership group over long extended periods of time.
