Mike Cofer was horrible. At #21 it's between Eric Wright and Frank Gore. I can't include Deion for obvious reasons, but you could go either way at #21.

I forgot to throw in Tim McKeyer at #22. Bob Hayes was a great player.....as a Dallas Cowboy.
