Not sure of a single guy who retired because of a quad.

Gilmore and McCoy were both back last year. Mike is ahead of his rehab schedule per his own mouth.

Hes playing in 2022.

Is he gonna be 200lbs again like last year? He was getting ragdolled by everyone til he got hurt because he lost so much weight

I think you're thinking of 2020. He wasn't playing that poorly before he got hurt.
Counting on MM after a serious injury is like counting on Jason Verrett. Not a lot of logic in it esp. given what'll be asked of him.

isn't the injury career threatening? Gotta have a rookie vet or Moore in mind. In no way can we depend on MM.

Yup, asking for a mess. Moore looked good in the brief glimpse we had.
Ya RT might be our biggest hole.

RT, G competition, eventual replacement for C, SS, and nickel CB.

He was pretty solid. But he got pulled for blowing some pass protection assignments and getting Jimmy crushed. Which is ironic to me. LOL

Counting on MM and assuming banks will be a solid starter.. amazing how this franchise no matter the qb or coach undervalues pass protection. they better get at least two very very good people in the draft. who the qb is matters little with the putrid pass protection this team always rolls out

The 2 guys mentioned are 1st and 2nd round picks so the investment is being made. Just maybe not on the right guys. Gotta let them play or sink and hope Trey isn't killed in the process.

the option of seeing them sink makes me nervous for trey.. i did want a edge rusher at number two but maybe a interior lineman from the big ten or wherever would be better?

Richburg had a similar injury.

Yeah if he plays I'm expecting him to be even worse which is scary. Poor Trey
Too bad we are on the hook for 11m and not knowing how effective MM will be after this injury. I wish him well. Too bad we cannot sign Collins to secure a position at either G or RT. That would of been a huge plus.
Maybe we should consider Brunskill at RT if MM can't go. He graded out very well in pass pro until we made him move to C and RG where he's always graded out poorly.
