How the hell could you guys possibly think he died with the original thread title, Jesus?!?

"Remembering Jerry Rice" as in remembering him as a player. Damn.........
He's dead to me from a player perspective ( ricearoni), I need me some Brown rice.

Love Jerry he is the GOAT but he should leave General Managing alone. I can think of Hall of Famers Michael Jordan, Derek Jeter, etc.

LOL, technically yeah. Endorsing then is the better term.

I dont blame Jerry though for trying. Even he knows this team needs a true #1.

Yeah, it's not that he isn't trying I'm sure he wants the franchise to do well and the offense does need a go to wide out. But, I think that him saying that the team should go get Brown puts it in a bind because if they don't then the critics will have one hell of a time. I mean skill wise he would seem to fit but at what cost and at what sacrifices. I will be honest I have not read what he said entirely but that's just my take and if I need to I will. However, on the contrary I did listen to Deion and what he said entirely.

His longevity is part of what made him special. His stats will never be touched. TD, catches, yards both regular season and playoffs.

Why would you want to? Remembering Jerry playing in Seattle is like remembering Chris Doleman as a 49er if you are a Vikings fan. Nobody cares.
