Of course keeping Brian Hoyer as backup.

i am not sure i want that,. if we sign any of those guys in this thread. maybe best to look for another vet out there to compete with the new starter and cj.
KC gonna release A. Smith? Whaaaaaa????
Cousins and then draft Barkley plz. A good off-season with some more weapons might start to turn things around for the team.

it is not a possibly but a certainty... Alex is a very good QB but that the D in KC has been deflated. I just dont see Alex being able to win playoff game shootouts.
The value of hitting on a QB in the draft is so high...having a cheap franchise QB allows you to build the rest of the roster. If we are sold on Darnold, Rosen, or Allen, I'd rather go that rout as opposed to giving Cousins an absurd amount of money.

That said, if we're not sold on one of those QB's, I'd rather go after Cousins instead of waiting another year for our QB of the future.
at this juncture, I would get on my knees and beg Alex Smith to come back. Should have never questioned greatness

Hasn't he already won 2 shootouts against playoff caliber teams in his conference?

Cousins + Bomb for Saquan!
I chose OL, that is the better pick up

They are not going to release him...he's at the very least got decent trade value.

My bad i thought he was a free agent.
I got Brees and Rivers as options as well... Say what you want too if Bradford is healthy and has time hes accurate.
