Played solid. Made some nice plays today. He's a decent player unlike Pettis

He bobbles easy catches but he makes all the tough ones, especially in the endzone. Yeah he's not consistent but provides nothing is pretty melodramatic

Aside from some pre-snap confusion, I thought Bourne played a hell of a game today.

Could be a very good 4th/5th receiver
Need others to stay healthy so he's not forced up the pecking order.

This. He's a career 4th/5th guy. I.like that he redeems himself but wish he wouldn't put himself in that position in the first place. Next year with Sanders, Samuel, Pettis, Goodwin, James, Taylor, Hurd, and Bourne, hopefully we can move some guys for picks.

What "tough" catches does he make?

Agreed. Him being the 4th or 5th WR is good for now. I actually think he over took Marquise Goodwin on the depth chart.

The announcer when he got the TD:
And...Kendrick Bourne hangs onto that one!

He's hot & cold.
Which means he's inconsistent, which is not a quality of an NFL starter.
At this point in his young career, being a back-up helps him.
He's getting playing experience that will improve his game.
His cheap price and the crap performances of Goodwyn & Pettis keep him on the team [for now]

If the pass is thrown below his eyes, he catches it. For some reason he cant catch anything higher.
