Yeah no. Eli is a prototypical fit to play SAM LB in this defense and that is the spot he will compete for.

Exactly. At this point in the draft these guys are largely flyers. If they make the roster you've done well.

Yeah no. Eli is a prototypical fit to play SAM LB in this defense and that is the spot he will compete for.

Yeah no. Eli hasn't produced sh!t and been a terrible disappointment since the day he walked onto the practice field over drafted, no matter what package we've been in. No way he makes the 53.

Exactly. At this point in the draft these guys are largely flyers. If they make the roster you've done well.

He seems like a great PS candidate.

He's been playing in vastly different defenses. Physically and athletically he's a perfect fit for SAM and will be given every opportunity to win that role over Brooks. I think this guy gets cut before Eli does.

He'll be a great fit lined up out wide on 3rd downs. Not a three down player, just let him do what he does best and run down the quarterback.
