I would be thinking about Jeff Ulbrich as a replacement for Saleh if he leaves.

This. He's been good and I like Saleh as a person. But that dolphins game was possibly the worst performance of any DC this season.

Rams fans rooting for him to get a HC job too.
Hopefully the upside is that this game gets Robert Saleh the f**king Detroit Lions HC job because f**k that guy.
He doesn't just have McVay's number, but he's up in his kitchen eating his food and f**king his girl.

This guy has been absolutely amazing these last two seasons. If he's not made a HC the league has gone utterly mad.
Unfortunately I think he takes Lafluer with him which hurts us as well.
He deserves his shot though.

Wouldn't hate that to be fair, I'm still not certain Saleh will get his shot, some very stupid GM's and owners out there

Isn't Saleh from Michigan ? Maybe a homecoming for him.

FWIW 4 of their last 5 Head Coaches were from defensive backgrounds.
