Kyle laid an egg.

the defense was ass

290 yards allowed is fantastic. Teams will almost always win allowing less than 300 yards of offense.
310 yards of offense on the other hand will not win a ton of games.

Kyle laid an egg.

Lots of players laid an egg that game.

Julio was getting anything he wanted against that depleted secondary and the pass rush wasn't there either.

Jones was the only thing doing anything for that top 10 offense. Ryan wasn't good their running game wasn't good. They didn't get home on the DL but they pressure ryan all game.

Unfortunately, we couldn't stop the only thing that was working for them and it resulted in a loss.

The gameplan and playcalling was atrocious.
Perhaps Furlow is right and Kyle threw the game on purpose.

Best in the NFL most if the game. Worst in the NFL with 3 minutes or less in the half or game.

It's like he has no clue on time management or play calling under 2 minutes.

It worked against the Cardinals (both times) and the Steelers... and the Saints...

I might get roasted for this but whatever. I thought the decision to kick the field goal instead of going for it was a bad choice. You get the 1st down and its a W. If you don't get the 1st, you're putting it on your defense to win it which you were going to do anyway if you kick the field goal. Sure you would give up some field position, but it's not like Gould has been automatic as is so it could have easily been missed and the Falcons would have started on that spot anyway. Oh well, on to the next.....I would just hate for this to happen when it truly matters.

You're forgetting that ATL would have to score a TD vs a FG (with like 25 yards to move down field to get a FG opportunity).

It was closer to 4th & 2 vs 4th & 1 as well. Throw in ATL only had 1 TO left.

IMO it was the right call. Imagine he doesn't get it on 4th down and everyone roasts him for kicking a FG and getting points? lol

How about they don't leave Julio running free on that last play? That was on Saleh.

310 yards of offense will rarely get a win.

That was at home against a bottom tier defense.

Well, Ryan did look like the 2nd coming of steve in a couple plays. How we let that guy run I have no idea.

Kyle's gotta call a better game than that. I know Quinn knows his stuff really, really well and it showed. There were a bunch of plays where ATL was sitting on our routes.

That is pretty much what i saw. Kyle is the best thing to happen to us since GOAT left. But that doesn't mean he can't zone out from time to time or suddenly go from hyrperconcentrated to fru-fru going thru his Betz cells. It happens. And a couple of times he did seem just zoned out. Next play he is 100% there , but occasionally he gets drifty. You just can't be the greatest on evey play call.

sometimes, I believe that Shanny just doesn't wanna use him to the fullest in fear of having to pay him TOP DOLLAR if he produces..

Jimmy's life would be so much easier if we can use Mostert the way Mike Shanahan used TD in their championship years..

From this weekend forward, you do whatever it takes to win every single game.

2020 and beyond be damned........

WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shanny has to work his magic - we need it for this game.

2 bad teams and a choke artist in Payton and brees...

We set up to lose the game giving brees like 5 minutes left to score and win the game and Payton and brees bungled it just like they have done in every big game the last 5 years.
