Didn't TK and MM admit that this was a good hire?

I don't think we're getting as bashed as you guys think... Sure there's a couple fans of other teams here and there who will drop "lol 28-3" jokes because it's what some sports fans do but aside from that, most are saying this is a good hire.

Yeah, my post was mostly in jest but I tend to agree. It would've been interesting to see how he might fare under a more professionally run and successful organisation but then they wouldn't have taken on the Hayne project in the first place most likely. His commitment was ultimately lacking in any case.

Anyhow, who cares, we got Shanny!

Man in 2-3 years the same media/twitter/"insiders" haters and doubters are gonna be fellatioing Shanahan. They act like all successful coaches never failed at anything, when it's the exact opposite. But if the Jets had hired Shanahan the media would be all over it 24/7.
