I'm trying to realize why Baalke insisted on letting all our best players leave.

QB- Alex Smith

RB- Frank Gore / Carlos Hyde

WR- Michael Crabtree
WR- Michael Thomas *round 2*
WR- Ted Ginn
WR- Anquan Boldin

TE- Delanie Walker
TE- Vance Mcdonald

LT- Joe Staley
LG- Mike Iupati
C- Daniel Kilgore
RG- Andrew Tiller
RT- Trent Brown
Wow I'm surprised this post hasn't gotten any responses yet....
Head coach- Jim Harbaugh
Baalke is not fond of players turning 30. He let them all walk.

smith was the right move at the time but his picks were dog s**t
crabtree was semi-garbage who was always injured
thomas?
Ginn...i don't know but he hasn't found a decent returner after 4 f**king years....
boldin.....baalke is a retard
walker-we were up against the cap and some difficult choices had to be made
Iupadi-see walker (but i think he's overrated. He cannot pass protect worth s**t)
Gore-RB's who turn 30 USUALLY has a sharp decline. Gore is the exception. But let's face it, if he was here, he would be dog s**t as well and we wouldn't want Frank suffer here.

YOUR (our) problem with Baalke is NOT the players he let go, but the players he chose to replace them with. The Green Bay strategy where you let go of solid players in lieu of younger and promising players work out for organizations who can draft, coach, and implement schemes with these young players. However, with constant turnover of coaches, it's really hard for any decent young talent to grasp the necessary concept of fundamental football. In addition, this team does not draft quality players, period. ALL of those players you have mentioned would fail miserably under chip kelly and trent baalke, but they would be very expensive failures.

Okay, I'll bite. Why are these players on a list of players Baalke let leave?:

TE- Vance Mcdonald
LT- Joe Staley
C- Daniel Kilgore
RG- Andrew Tiller
RT- Trent Brown

... /Carlos Hyde?

Is this a case of the amazing clairvoyance many Zoners claim to have?

He is 100 times better than the garbage we have.

Nope. That isn't a list of guys we let go. It's a starting offense with some of the guys he let go for nothing including the idiotic trade up for a guard (Garnett) and passing on a WR (Thomas) when we had no receivers at all and a quality guard capable of starting in Tiller.

You'd be hard pressed to find one single roster move that payed off for Baalke. He let every single one of our best players leave and we got nothing back in return.

I think that is an offense that can move the ball and score some points. It is literally a million times better than the pee wee squad Baalke has assembled. Torrey Smith, Kerly, Streater and Patton at WR? Seriously??

This squad Baalke has assembled is pathetic. Nothing else needs to be said.

This. Baalke has bombed on his draft picks and hasn't done s**t in free agency.

Michael Thomas is the receiver we should have drafted in round 2. But our idiot GM instead trades up into round 1 for a guard when Tiller was already beasting.

But hey, at least he added Kerley and Streater.

We were able to get Carlos Hyde because of the Alex Smith trade. So there's that.
