Conventional wisdom says the bears are on their third string QB and missing their best receiver so keying in on the run shouldn't be an issue, however what fits the paper doesn't always transcend to the field, because players still have to execute. Which leads me too...
If it were me, I'd still start Howard without any relative fear, because eventhough the run defense has looked alot better as of late, I still have such a strong lack of confidence in O'Neill.
