Remember you can only have 2 PS players active each game, so Hasty and Walker are those 2. I have the same inactives/48 as well, kinda obvious since Jimmy, Kittle, Mostert, Dre, and Ford were ruled out. Oh, you're missing Flannigan-Fowles BTW.

I just saw that regarding Flannigan-Fowels. He is the only one left they can bring up game day so that's what they will probably do and strengthen Specials Teams.

idk, not sure Walker has ever played the SAM LB spot, where Nzeocha and Al-Shaair have. Hopefully whoever fills in does a good job.

I know I have 54, so I'm torn between cutting Compton or Nelson, on one hand, we'd save $125K cutting Compton, but zero cutting Nelson, while if we cut Nelson, Skule would be the new LS, so a spot opens up on the 48 active game day roster. So if all healthy, Beathard, Wilson, Pettis, Compton, and Givens inactive, meaning we could keep 9 DL active, if not 9, then we could keep 4 RBs, or all 6 WRs active. We could have Woerner inactive for either a WR or RB.

As for the 16-man Practice Squad, this is what I would love to have for the season.

Means cutting either Nelson or Compton, Dontae Johnson, Austin Walter, Brian Allen, and Alex Barrett from the roster/practice squad, leaving us with 76 players signed, not sure what the cap room would look like, depends on when the injured players(Deebo, Sherman, Coleman, Richburg, Blair, Taylor) come back. But if this happened, we could maybe end up with $3M-$5M in carryover, plus the likely $3M incentives for Sherman that the 49ers would get back as a credit/adjustment in 2021, meaning $6M-$8M in extra cap room.

I would say cut Compton. In all fairness to Nelson, he has been one of the better LS's for years. Hopefully he had a one off.

Compton could probably re-signed later if needed.

Uhh, why only 6 inactives, you have Hasty and Walker active, both are PS players still. If/When Ford is on IR Deebo would be activated.

I am projecting Walker goes on 53 for Nzeocha and Ford is on IR officially now. So we'll see.
