If the 49ers spent a 2nd round pick on a center people here would scream bloody murder.

The people who incessantly b***h to b***h would, . People advocated for Frazier last year and Creed back in 21
idk if this is good or sad. Lol
""Fewest amount of missed assignments. His pass protection was the highest grade, his run blocking grade, pass blocking grade, and his mental errors were the best they've been since he's been here. They've been better than any center that we've had playing here up to this point."

Can it possibly be good? Can the perceptions expressed by a lot of the sentiments posted on the board, be skewed at all?
I'm just asking. Thanks.

Jake definitely has some dirt on Foerster.

So, see, that's why I am so confused!
His own coach says he's great.
But y'all say Nay!
Why? Oh why?

I recall Phoenix wanted Creed and was all over it. I wanted Frazier or JPJ BAD. I still cant believe they didn't snag a center in that draft.

Good question but this is straight up gaslighting by Foerster. We all have access to the games these days. Coaches will always go to bat for their players but this crap is so over the top.

Sure. We don't know what he's supposed to be doing, so he may be doing everything right and still have the line play poorly.

Like his assignment on a particular play is to chip a DT then go to the next level and block, but the guard who is supposed to cross over and pick up the DT doesn't get there because he blew the assignment. To fans all we see is the center totally blowing a block, we don't know the guard was supposed to make that block.

I do remember seeing that several times, by different people.
I can accept that.

I do have one other thought though. Although it may warrant you at least contemplating half-banning me.

If Purdy left the field in their last Super Bowl - every time he left the field - with the LEAD, then can't the same thing be said about all the oher offensive starters?

(or that 4th Quarter or whatever it was)

Brendel isn't as bad as fans think and he's isn't as good as Foerster thinks

That's a fair take. I certainly hope Brendel shows Foerster isn't back on the coke.
