Does that mean it can't work out? Of course not. But if he hasn't seen the light by now, this is the way it's going to be going forward and we just have to hope the T and C play is supreme enough to off set low end to average G play poor in pass protection.

Also, didn't they try to get McGovern? Just because they didn't land a top guy doesn't mean they didn't prioritize the position. They identified McKivitz as a player they liked and made a move to get him. They liked McGovern and tried to get him. They still have Brunskill who they like. I think they did as well as they could given the circumstances.
