The point of all this is that Tomsula had an OC that was more into a passing attack than a ground game.

As much as I love the a good run game, if we were ever to make an offensive change it would be now. With iupati goin and Gore getting older now would be the time

Pretty cool. Tells me he will GTF out of the way.
Well f*ck. Since this franchise just promoted a D-line coach to HC, is about to hire the defensive coordinator that led the 32nd ranked defense last season, might as well go full retard mode on the OC search as well. I am sure Jim Hostler is out there coaching somewhere.

I'm hoping for singletary.

Trestman rumored right now

At least the chances of Trestman being hired as a HC in 2016 are low.

god i hope so! trestman is a great offensive mind!
JT did run up the score a bit in the 2010 ARI game.

I have a feeling one of the conflicts between Harbaugh and JT/TB/JY was the lack of killer instinct and the overly done conservative ball control. Between NFLE and the 2010 small sample size, JT may indeed have a more aggressive offensive philosophy.

Trestman miss used Forte and we are a running team.
Maybe Kyle Shanahan.
49ers coach Jim Tomsula is considering Colts assistant Rob Chudzinski and Charlie Weis for the team's offensive coordinator job.
Chudzinski is currently serving in a special assistant role with the Colts after being fired by the Browns as a first-year coach. His aggressive, vertical pass scheme could be a good fit for Colin Kaepernick. Weis was unemployed this past season and has had limited success since leaving the Patriots in 2004.

same dilemma we had with nolan and the wooden cross...even if we get a decent OC he will be poached pretty quickly
