If your game plan is intimidation, you need a better game plan

Panthers doing all the swag at the start of the game like they will intimidate the Niners D. Then Rivera cried to the reporter at half time that his players need to not let the Niners get into their heads affecting their play on the field. WTF.... How about your players psyching themselves out like they just scored when all they did was made a catch short of the 1st down marker.

Did anyone else notice that it seemed like part of the CAR game plan was to tackle our players in ways that could put them out of the game? It may be coincidence, but to me the early tackle on Crabtree and the tackle on Tukuafu were unnecessarily rough and one resulted in a serious injury.

It was the same player both times I believe... the Crabtree one was borderline dirty because he had him down but then kept playing after the whistle. The Tukuafu thing was just something that happens when you're that little trying to tackle a guy that big.. you grab high and try to kick your legs out and pull down so that your weight pulls him down, just a freak thing that his leg got caught underneath.

Yeah, I thought the same. Very close to horse collar tackle. Pulling the upper body backward down over the lower leg. The knee and ankle don't stand a chance.

I definitely noticed the same thing too. There were many very questionable hits by the CAR players at the beginning of the game: the blind-side hit on VD, horse-collar tackle on Crabtree, the hit on Gore where one player kept one of his legs up while another one tackled him... Even my wife, who is usually just a casual observer, was wondering what the **** was going on, and were the Panthers purposefully tackling the Niners players at very awkward angles/positions so as to cause injury.

The one on Crabtree there was definitely some extra s**t going on, but Tukuafu just looked like he got his leg caught.

Expect a lot of the same from Seattle. Dick Sherman will be talking a whole lot of crap to try and get in our heads and draw penalties. We need to stay cool and just kick their ass on the field.

SF bullies teams with physical play. Other teams think they're doing the same by flapping their gums, i.e. CAR & SEA.

I love Kaep that told that punk to look up at the scoreboard in the fourth quarter.
That dude was talking s**t to everyone. Crabs, Boldin, VD, and Kap. It was getting to be stupid and it really got stupid at the time you pointed out... talking s**t when he was about to go down 13 points with about 4 or 5 minutes left...
lol you got to give it up to the guy for sticking to the 'game plan'. hahaha.
I dont even know his name. Other than Cam, Ginn and Smith . . . . the rest of the Panthers are nameless.
