No Russell Wilson screams " Can you fat@$$'s bend down a little bit more, I can't see s#*t back here!"
I always thought it was "Wide 80"

Sounds familiar. Maybe you were thinking of "white" 80? definitely red 80 though for the most part.
it was "white 90" in the Steve Young/Garcia era

Black 59 razor???

Well plays are called in colors for the WCO, Black is the (Live) color, 59 is personnel and razor is the route, I wanna say but please correct me if I'm wrong.

Kinda. Color refers to the pass pro or pre called (huddle call) 90 or numbers refer to routes. If its called in the huddle and repeated in the cadence then we're live but if a number called in the huddle is not called in the cadence then it becomes a sight adjustment (read route). It is also used for snap count. :"on color on color" or "on number on number". I've seen it used as the quick count as well
I also remember Alex Smith going "BLUE 40.... BLUE FOUUURTY HUP... HUUUP!" *Ball snaps... Checks down.... Niners go 13-3.*

It is this.

That's obvious, but you wonder if it has any more significant meaning?

its their cadence..packers say GREEN 19

Yah, I think it's really just a cadence or rhythm thing and every team might do it differently. Peyton Manning always yells "Hurry hurry" before the ball's snapped.

Actually, I think it's "Harry, Harry" in honor of One Direction... You know the really hot boy band.
