Well I'm glad to hear that neither injury is season ending but now that we have to fight our way for a wildcard playoff spot I hope that we can overcome both. However I am concerned more with Iupati's injury and his absence will be felt more than T. Brown's. If we can generate a more consistent pass rusher we can mask Brown's absence more that Iupati's.

this is where you'll see iupati is not worth 50 mil. its not that he sucks, but you can totally plug and play at the guard position much like running back.

Maybe not worth the amount you stated, but he was an all pro last year. Snyder is garbage now IMO.

Iupati might be all pro run blocker but he definitely doesn't have all pro pass blocking skills, not yet at least... We shouldn't pay him top money, if he is not a top player both ways... I think Crabtree and Culliver are both more important, Tbrown would be the clear choice if he was as dominant as last year.... Was so mad when he gave up that that 1st on 3rd down at the end of the panthers game.

andy levtire left the bills for the titans and got 6 yrs 48.6 million. if we want iupati it starts at 50 million, if we were to get a 'discount' you're talking 40-45 million.

Snyder gave up that sack on our last drive to try and win the game with 2 minutes left. He got beat easily!! Im more worried about the Iupati injury, not so much about TBrown because we have good depth at CB.

That remains to be seen. Eric Wright is still shaking off rust and T. Brown was considered our best CB.

well snyder is active every week over looney so hes not much of a choice to leap frog him. kilgore is a good question that i dont have a good answer for.

I was thinking the same thing. I kind of wanted to see if Kilgore was capable. I think Snyder gets the nod due to his "veteran" label.

I voted Iupati. There's some depth behind TBrown in Eric Wright. Huge dropoff from Iupati to Snyder.
Though the injury that will hurt the most is RayMac imo. He needs to come back soon.

We should sign Cox back for more depth and release Dixon to make room.

It's a tough call, but I think they "hide" Snyder's deficiencies better than they "hide" Wright's. Wright looked horrible last week and was lucky that his poor positioning did not result in more big plays. On the bright side, it means more playing time for a rookie that has speed, so I am eager to see if we have something there. Snyder is not a big of drop off as some might think - he knows the system and Iupati was not grading out as high as you'd expect from an All Pro.
