f**k. Say what you will about the SB, in the regular season this guy was the 49ers best CB. This could end up hurting alot.

How is that relevant? Rhodes is a FS, Culliver is a CB.

I love Cully and agree that he was our best CB last year, but it's not going to hurt that much due to the addition of Nnamdi Asomugha and what should be an improved pass rush.

Youre assuming that Asomugha will actually be worth a damn, that his time in Philly was an aberration. Im also hopeful but not counting on it. Not expecting a huge boost in the pass rush either seeing as how Carradine seems likely to get redshirted this season If Cullivers injury is serious and by all accounts it appears to be, this is very bad news.

Culliver was showing the potential to be something special. This is part of the game, we like the winning and the success the team has experienced the past few years, but this goes along with it. The closest thing to the NFL is war, and in war there are casualties. Just watch, one of these late round picks will shine before the season begins.
