I am surprised he lasted for this next season, he is an integral part of our success, glad he is here for this season but I don't think he will be here next year. Any thoughts? ... i know i know but its the offseason

The Roman will crucify Chryst.
Amen.

It depends if teams are willing to wait around until the Super Bowl is over to interview him.

Probably. If Harbaugh isn't already grooming the successor he's probably got a line of potential OC candidates salivating at the chance to work with Kaep, the OL, the rest of the tools on offense, and Harbaugh.

Probably. Not worried because the playbook isn't going anywhere. Maybe we bring in shaw? Doubt it since he will downgrade to an OC but it would be cool. Not sure who can replace Roman but it shouldn't be too hard to find one.

It would have to be a team that runs a lot. He's not necessarily a Green Bay/New England type OC. Maybe KC with Smith/Charles? lol. If KC's offense fails they probably won't blame Pederson they'll probably blame Smith but I'd like to see Roman and smith hook up just for Smiths sake.

Oh we totally have a chance at Shaw... Head coaches at national powerhouse programs love to come to the NFL to be offensive coordinators.

he would of been gone if we didnt make it so far in the post season. Jags got too impatient so most likely he will be a top candidate next season

An aging Jerry "al davis" Jones will pay for him next year in Dallas when his poor drafting sinks Jason Garrett (whom I believe will be an above average OC in the league).

his playing calling was suspect in many games this past year. he called two very very good games in a row in the playoffs and then , sad to say, he picked the worst time to have his worst three calls of the year on the biggest stage in the nfl world. I hope he has learned but if he leaves it would not be tragic. i think I kept pretty calm
