He's a first round talent that has character issues. He's young so it's not like trading a 2nd would be mortgaging the future for an immediate fix. Gordon would stay on the team as a solution for now and the future. It depends on what his mindset is regarding football. Is he over the off the field problems? If the answer is yes, then give up that 2nd rounder. Question is, which 2nd rounder is the lower pick, the Chief's (5-0) or the 49ers'?

I really don't think there is such thing as too much talent though, sacrificing one of our multiple second rounders for a stud wide receiver to help an ailing corps sounds necessary.
